"Telling customers they can't cancel over the phone and must do so in person to save their new business commission is scummy and speaks volumes about the business practices of an agent. Notice by the response that the shady tactics were not refuted, they only attempted to discredit my statement by making it seem as if I fabricated or wrote this review on the wrong agent. I encourage anyone reading this who has been hurt by this agent to file a formal complaint with the State Corporation Commission."
